I retract my question - I received the following reply from Lucini today -

Dear Penny,

Thank you for your inquiry with LUCINI Italia.  You can be assured that
LUCINI Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% gluten-free.  Even
the facility in which we produce our products don't produce any products
other than extra virgin olive oil.  Therefore, the olive oil has never
been in contact with wheat, barley, rye, etc...
