Here are some questions in reference to the recent post about the product
possibly containing 160 ppm gluten:
Did the other companies have their products tested? Is that how they know
their product is gluten-free?
Or are the other companies making assumptions about the GF status, because
we all just assume distilled vinegar and distilled alcohol to be GF?
Or is the presence of gluten in Tabasco sauce due to some other
gluten-containing ingredient?
