This should make each of us search for ways to increase consumer clout so
that during the next legislative round someone will write:

"Thanks to the endorsement of consumers, the obstacles have been removed to
the passage of the bill requiring labeling of all processed food products
containing gluten."

Until then, the only way for people with celiac to escape the documented
life-shortening effects of gluten hidden in processed foods is to refuse to
eat any of them.

And if we organize ourselves to tell the food processors that not only are
they being irresponsible, they are losing our money.....
