Sorry it took me so long to post a summary...wasn't sure I'd do one, but
some have asked for it...here goes.

60 responders were encouraging and supportive, but urged me to get back on
the wagon

7 responders were encouraging & urged me to get back on the wagon & beat me
up a little bit

10 responders were critical and/or critical and beat me up and urged me to
get back on the wagon

I have made a committment to myself to stick with the gf diet and hope that
in another year, or who knows how long, my anemia will finally clear up.
