Yes, Alan, they do exist.

Control + Page Up or Page Down will decrease or increase speech rate
temporarily.
During SayAll, pressing just the page up or page down will have the same
effect.

These commands are listed in the JAWS Help System in the Keystrokes/JAWS
Keystrokes section.

Subject: Changing speech rate on the fly in Jaws


Is there a way to increase and decrease the speech speed in JAWS using
hotkeys, without going into the menu system? I checked the Keyboard Manager
for commands for making these adjustments, but found nothing. Do they exist?
