In the recent summary on vitamin E one thing wasn't mentioned about
the book "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" -- most experts consider it
unsubstantiated bunk. As one reviewer said
(http://www.dolfzine.com/page467.htm)
"There is genius here and it's called Merchandising. Based on the
most specious science and doublespeak, one naturopath has turned
himself into a human conglomerate with more to sell than Macy's and a
misguided public lining up with their credit cards."
Before you waste your time and money go to the Internet and read what
others say. You'll find some positive testimonials, but you'll also
find that little in the book is backed by research. It's merely one
person's theory that has become yet another fad diet (and made a lot
of money for the author). Even the author acknowledges in the book
that what he says doesn't apply to everybody.
