Hi,

I've had a wide range of health problems for years, including problems such as eczema, IBS-like symptoms, "fishbowl" vision, and serious edema (sometimes 6 pounds of water weight accumulated in one night). I recently experimented with a GF diet and found it helped a lot. However, I was still having some problems after being primarily GF with my diet (but not my cosmetics) for 5-6 weeks.

I'm trying to decide whether I should do a blood test or a stool test to find out if I am a celiac. There's a doctor out of Dallas (Dr. Kenneth Fine) who does stool tests for 'gluten sensitivity' through the mail, but I'm wondering how reliable this is. Any words of wisdom?

Thanks,

Jessie
