As I mentioned on a previous post, the Tony Roma's gluten free list included potato skins and barbecued ribs. When I went to a resaurant near me, the cook and the manager stated that this information was impossible. So, I wrote back to the person from the corporate office that sent me the gf list and here was his response:

For additional information that Guest Relations cannot provide, please contact Tony Roma's Chef, Morgan Hull, at 800-286-7662 ext.3624.

So, I would strongly suggest that we all stop eating at Tony Roma's until they can be clear about was truly is and is not gluten free!!
