Hi All,
My sitter just returned from several months in Ireland and reports that gf
food is very easy to find in Ireland. She said that most supermarkets have
a separate gf section and most restaurants and cafes have at least on item
on the menu marked 'available as gluten-free'. Someday maybe this will be
the case here in the US!
One caveat- I understand there may be wheat starch in some of the
'gluten-free' food in Europe that is not accepted by the US celiac groups.
