Hi,
I haven't really been involved in the group. My problem is staying away from chocolate and other sweets. I am trying to lose about twenty pounds. I am trying to walk some and fixing to be in a yoga class. Most of the time I am taking care of my husband who has a brain injury. I am finally getting to the point where I can leave him for about a hour or two some days. I eat the wrong things when I am stressed out. Has anyone taken yoga and lost weight?
