Hi listmates,
I was at the Whole Foods Market today and was getting ready to buy a timed-release melatonin when I noticed the packaging said not to use melatonin if you have an autoimmune disorder. Does anyone know why? Is it safe to use melatonin if one has celiac disease? I know several listmates use melatonin ... any problems? Thanks,
Lori
