My fiancé and I are planning our wedding and need to choose a caterer for
the rehearsal dinner and reception. The ceremony will be taking place in
San Diego this summer.

I have not had good luck in eating out since my diagnosis. I have a couple
trustworthy restaurants, but mostly we do not eat out much. I am very
nervous about eating food someone else has prepared right before the big
day, and especially right before our honeymoon. I have become rather
sensitive since I got clean and feel quite bad for a week after accidental
wheat ingestion.

My first question is, does anyone have any suggestions for choosing a
caterer who will take all my food allergies/intolerances into account (more
than just wheat in my case)?

Secondly, does anyone have any recommendations for caterers in the San Diego
area they have used and can be trusted?

Thanks you all,
