concerned about weight loss as long as you are eating well
and, more importantly, you have energy. If you have energy
then I think it's likely that your weight will stabilize
at some point. Also, I don't think that you need to worry
all that much about ketosis if it's coming from what you
eat. It's not a good thing if it comes from starvation,
but actually there's a diet given to children with
epilepsy that involves deliberately creating ketosis, and
children apparently do very well on it. It's in a specific
situation (diabetes type 1) that ketosis is a dangerous
situation.
