Oko,
I was following the Gambian programs on both Tv:s 2 & 3. Mad dogs without
teeth can never bite, they are just left with barking both day and night.
The best way to treat them is to ignore them. As the wollof saying goes "
WAHI  GEH JAH  SAH  MOKO  TONTU ".
