I vote that you call. "You have not because you ask not!" (GRIN!)
Actually, when you call, you communicate clearly to your friend and avoid
assumptions, and you know what they say about assumptions! I won't go
there. Your friend, on the other hand, may have been thinking, "Gee, it
looks kind of bad out there, but Paul must think he can handle it. I'd
hate to give him the impression That I think that he can't." See, he
may have had some thoughts too. You can never go wrong by keeping lines
of communication open. I think I read that somewhere in a marriage
manual or something, but, it can work in other relationships too.
(GRIN!)
Glad you stayed home, warm and safe and still got something done.
