The W.5.Y.I. cover letter said something about a portion of the
$6.00 going to the National V.E.C. organization or something
like that but that's all I know.  My license doesn't expire until
May 24th according to the info on the Q.R.Z. site, so I wonder why
they are sending me this notice now since I think 90 days is the
longest length of time before the expiration date to submit a
renewal application.

I am not a member of Handiham at this time but am considering it
so I can study for my Extra.  73.
