Lainey,

With the Fleet agreement, there is a specified end date when 100 percent
access at all locations will be obtained. The Bank of America commits to
talking ATMs at all locations but with no specific end date. Of course,
by the end of 2005 about 85 percent of all locations will be accessible
so the goal will be very near.

does the end date of December 31, 2006 still need to be honored for the
fleet locations or will these be considered subsequently acquired ATM's
by Bank of America and subject to further negotiations?

Kelly
