Hello All:

I got a call from someone that has two of several icons on his start
menu.  When he goes into the start menu and starts arrowing down, you
hear "internet," "e-mail," and so on.  Then, you start hearing things
over again starting with "internet," before you get to things like all
programs, run, logoff, and shutdown.  Does anyone have any thoughts on
what might be causing this and how we can fix this for him?
