I just upgraded to a 120G WD HD using their utility to copy the drive. I now notice (although possibly it was a unknown problem earlier) that several things have been disallowed by my system administator (internet options, regedit, passwords, and others?). I guess I am the sysad since this is a non LAN computer, but I don't recall setting any restrictions. My OS is W98SE. How can I fix this?
