The Red Cross does not break that down, so I have no idea. Back when
the cholesterol was 270, a year ago, HDL was 59 or something about
that. Triglycerides was very low, 40-something. It was an odd ratio,
because in spite of the very high LDL, I still ranked 'low risk' on the
charts. I will probably have a physical this winter and get a full
blood breakdown.
Since then I cut out most of the cream and butter I was eating. Also, I
read somewhere that soluble fiber cut cholesterol, so I started eating
an apple or two every day. I don't know really why it went up, or down.
