My last blood panel had my insulin numbers go from an abysmal 119 almost two
years ago when I started, down to 9 now.  My doctor is thrilled, to say the
least.  And is taking a look at paleo.  Everyone assumes I've had gastric
bypass, and can't quite believe it's a WOE.  I'm early stages type II.  I'm
not on medication for it.
