You eat 70/30 for 5 days, then you carb load for 2. then you go back to
70/30 for the next days.. you can do this until you get to the shape
you are after.
If you type it in yahoo you will get enough info to do the program. I
don't really recommend the program to everyone but look into it and see
if it appeals to you.
