Hi Judy,
First of all, welcome to the list, and to the modern Paleo WOE. I think you
will find the list filled with stimulating ideas, and the people here
friendly and helpful.
I'm sure you will receive numerous replies to your questions, and perhaps
some with contradictory suggestions. In the end, you will have to find your own
way. But MY way is really very simple: If you are convinced that this WOE is
the most healthful, why would you want to feed your family different meals
that you consider bad for their health? Simply prepare one Paleo meal for the
whole family. If they persist in wanting their old junk foods, I am sure they
will find ways to get them. If they are willing to listen, you might offer
them some simple explanations about why you have changed how you eat. Fixing
them separate meals sends several uncomfortable messages- this could be
interpreted as meaning that you don't care enough about them to see that they have
healthy food, or that you aren't truly convinced yourself about the whole
idea. Even if they continue to eat their French Fries and sodas away from home,
you shouldn't feel obligated to provide them with junk food at home.
Good luck with your new venture!

How do you stay with these WOE when your family will not give up =

I start out really well and then get tired of the double meal prep. Can =

and my DH is not one to try a lot of new foods.
