This drives me nuts 'cuz I could've SWORN I had tucked away in my files
(either Word or email) that I had information on this from Michael Eades, MD
(Protein Power).  But I haven't been able to find it (missing?) and can't
remember what he had to say.  But he did hear from patient after patient
(not necessarly Paleo, but low-carb in general) delighted an end to acid
reflux.  Thankfully, I never had this problem.
