Those pounds come from the pathological marbling of muscles , once gone most
peoples end up with what they have never be able to build properly , thin
muscles . to gain weight in a healthy way no other ( as long enough proteins
is in the diet ) means than physical demand on muscles .
bodies economise muscles if not used .
