NO way, man. I binge on steak, eggs, and porkchops:) And greasy lamb ribs,
liver, ahi tuna, duck, chicken, etc. And I don't get fat. I just sleep it
off, just like my dog after a huge meal. And the satiation lasts well into
the next day.
