Well, guys, the pipes are still frozen. A person at church has offered
the use of her shower, but the three healthy kids are too uncomfortable
with that idea so Greg is the only one to take her up on it. I'm staying
back with Caleb because he is still contagious. He is starting to scab
over now though so, of course, is getting itchy and we have the Aveeno
oatmeal bath for him, but, of course, can't use it until we get our water
back. Greg will give it one more try today after he takes communion to a
shut in in the congregation. If it doesn't work, the plumber will have to
give it a go. We also have another man who has slipped into a coma
and is near death with lung cancer so he is trying to keep up with that
family as well. There isn't supposed to be any break in the weather for
the next few days. In fact, it sounds like we will be lucky to see the
positive side of the thermometer over the next few days so this does
have to get taken care of. Thanks for the prayers.
Kathy
