Kathy, 2 low-cost production programs are Recall Pro and total Recorder. I
use Recall Pro, myself, from:
www.sagebrush.com
I have heard total Recorder mentioned, a lot, but I haven't used it. For a
bit more money, one can get Gold Wave and beyond that, for more money,
Sound Forge. I haven't used either of those.
