You say they said it "was not bundled correctly". This might mean they
didn't include the right version of firmware. OfficeMax has been pretty good
around here trying to help the customer. Often they can find your purchase
on their computer and print you a new receipt or if they sold many of these
that had a similiar problem they are probably aware of it and will take
whatever action is necessary to get it going for you.
