Valerie, If you are using JAWS, you might check your settings in your
control panel. I found that when I was using a version of JAWS lower than
4.51, the colours needed to be at 256 and the screen resolution set to
800x600. I had a similar problem when my menus weren't being read so I
checked the settings but they kept going back to what they had been before.
I discovered that my video card drivers were corrupted and needed to
reinstall them which corrected the problem. Hope this helps, Judy
