I'm not sure if this more properly belongs here or PCSOFT. My Outlook Express has been working fine for years connecting web links contained in my e-mails. Just clicked on them and up they popped. Suddenly the following has started. I click on a link contained in an e-mail, a minimized Internet explorer appears on the screen. I maximize it and it just sits there blank (with just the tool bars appearing), with waiting or processing hour glass staring back at me, and no address. For as long as I wait, nothing happens and the screen remains the same. I can manually insert an address or bring up a favorite and it functions fine. I have tried on line support, FAQ's, options, etc. and nothing works. Why would it connect with the internet and not insert the web address. My OS is 98se, 800mhz Athlon, IPS is Earthlink on DSL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
