This sometimes happens to me, and I find that the culprit is a pop up
stopping program that I use. Temporarily disabling it solves the problem.

At least a place to start, good luck!

Subject: [PCBUILD] e-mail problem

When I want to go to a link to a web page from an e-mail it merely turns the
link pale purple after I put my pointer on it but it won't go to the link.

The Computer Lady gave me two options to try and after carefully trying them
they didn't work at all. Any suggestions?
