Hello All,

I'm unsure as to what the standard Paleo food pyramid should look like - I've seen one on a website, and meat was at the bottom (ie. eat most), which I thought was weird. I thought that the staple of this diet was vegies, then fruit, then meat, then nuts.

What food pyramids are you guys on?

Thanks for the help,
