Mr. Conteh,

You, Halifa or anybody else will be always right in questioning the
integrity of any public servant, and Yaya is no exception.  The
APRC's "political integrity" as Halifa puts it will collapse the moment
Jammeh's administration fails to deliver before the peoples'
representatives as required by law.  So far it seems the Secretary of
Finance has promised to submit the records by the end of the year.
This may well be within the ambit of parliamentary procedure and as
such your diagnostic analysis is quite impertinent in this case.  We
are not talking about corparate America here but a purely political
process in The Gambia's National Assembly.
