I agree with a lot you have to say here John.
Even the stuff about Paul and his judgments of others from time to time.
I to do not like some things he has to say and I too realize that he does
not have the full picture since he is unmarried and I think he sometimes
over steps.
However, I take all of that into account ahead of time and I like Paul and
value what I can of his sharing.
He's not perfect and I doubt he claims to be.
I am not and you are not, none of us can claim to be.
We're supposed to love each other as best we can anyway though.
I tried to say things of help to Chris when he would come to the list with
his problems but I kept failing at it so I took myself out of the situation
in a way.  Maybe it was the correct thing to do, maybe not but it was all I
could come up with.
This you have seen from Paul was all he could come up with and he put more
struggle into it than I did in this situation.
I still value Paul and look forward to his returning and sharing on the
list.
