Rapid Rise is fine with bread machines and for just baking in oven.

Works faster. Just watch it to make sure it does not rise to much.

Definitely cuts on time.

I use Rapid Rise in the oven and would not use any other kind.
FYI if you belong to sam's you can get Fleishman's Yeast in 2lb bags and
freeze it.

Some bakers don't like the quickie yeast....but it is still yeast...just a
little faster

I use it the same way I use regular yeast, I normally buy bulk from Sam's

Club,  on occasion I get Rapid Rise, It does cut the time down that you use to

make the bread and other things.
