Hi,
In my post on "advice from a pharmacist," one response from Canada was the
following: "In Canada, only 4 meds have gluten into them. All the thousands
of other ones are GF. All we have to know are the list of these four ones."
I found this amazing, and wondered if anyone knows any statics about meds that
are not gluten-free in the US. Is there anyone who knows a lot of common drugs
that contain gluten? Is this a generic drug thing? A US drug-filler issue?
Please enlighten me. This clearly goes beyond the realm of knowledge of my
pharmacist friend, so I'm not sure where to get this info. If I don't get it
from this list, I'll refer it to Gluten-Free Living Magazine.
Thanks,
Diane,
