Hello Fellow Listmates,
I recently found two great new nutrition/energy/food bars that actually say
GLUTEN FREE and WHEAT FREE right on the label. They are both available at Whole
Foods.

One is the ORGANIC FOOD BAR - www.organicfoodbar.com
The other is THINK THIN! LOW CARB DIET - www.thinkproducts.com

I recently noticed that BALANCE bars now have an allergy warning on the
labels that state that the bars are processed on belts that contain among other
things, wheat. It is a sad day - those Balance bars were pretty good. Onward and
upward.
Enjoy!
Peter Marino
