I would like to hear from those people who have been tested by an ELISA test
for food allergies or medical professionals who might know about this.
Do you feel that the test is accurate?
For those who are biopsied Celiacs and have been on the diet for a long
time, did it indicate that you reacted to gluten?
If you have been off another food for a long time that you felt was
bothering you, did that food prove positive to intolerance?
Does anyone know the accuracy for people with IGA deficiencies?
If you took the test and it proved positive for food intolerances, did
symptoms improve after removing the foods from your diet?
I will summarize.
