For those who don't want or can't get flu shots....there is a gf
anti-flu med available at health food stores....THE FLU SOLUTION..by
deliosis.   Take one vial a month for 5 months.  In the years that my
family and friends have used it, not one of us have ever gotten the flu!

It is available thru health food stores, but if you cannot find it, I
have a mail order source..
