I ate dinner at my moms tonight and it was a meal she's made before with no problem but it wasn't till after we'd eaten she told me she used bacon instead of ham and it turns out it was not GF. Now both my daughter and I are sick in less then 2 hours after eating it. I'm currently waiting to find out if I'm expecting and this would be the worst possible time to get gut damage/malabsorption issues. Anything to help it heal faster?
