My wife is in the process of being diagnosed with CD.  EGD will be done
tomorrow.  Assuming CD is confirmed, I want to get her to a "Celiac
Specialist" immediately.  We live in Montgomery, Alabama.  On occassion, we
have used UAB in Birmingham (only 90 miles away) for other illnesses and
would like to go there if they have a CD Specialist.  Atlanta, GA is 3-hour
drive, so also a possibility.
