In the recent cheese summary someone wrote, ""The only decent one is Tofutti
sliced "American" or "Mozzarella". and another said, ". . . he's only 2! He
doesn't really know what "real" cheese tastes like."
WHAT??? This summary was only about Tofuti cheese, what about all the rest?
I am confused - was this a cheese summary or simply a specialty/alternative
cheese summary? Maybe a casein free summary? I have no idea! I do know
that unless we have been mistaken for about 10 years, MOST cheese is gluten
free! If we are wrong PLEASE let me know!
