Gee I'm sure glad I wrote and asked about spelt.   For those of you who
don't know (and that seems to be very few) spelt is in the wheat family, has
gluten and is unsafe for celiacs.. I  do have the Betty Hagan cook book but
I did not think to look there.  Thanks all!
