Hi everyone. I have a weird problem going on with my computer. I am
running windows xp and jfw 5.0. I just upgraded from 4.5, but this
problem started before that. I am having trouble with things I have not
had trouble with before. Here are some examples. Jaws will not read lists
sometimes when I use the arrows to go up and down the list. When I try to
read over my email messages, it won't read the text I have just written.
I have made sure that I have all of the settings correct. I also have
made sure my virus scanning software is updated and working. I have
norton internet security. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is
really frustrating. Thanks. Kristy
