Nah, it's not a wife's job to pull us back down to earth so much as it is
their job to support and raise us higher.
That talk of how they are supposed to put us down and mouth off with
negative remarks sounds like what the 80's and the whole "rose ann" erra
tried to promote and it did nothing but cause more problems for marage, and
dare I say let the devil in that much more.  We should love each other and
feed one another, not tare at one another with devaluing remarks, atitudes
and actions.
Yes, I have gone on a tare of my own again.  hahahah
Sorry, I just see a lot of that in east texas.  TV becomes to much of a god
in itself in these small towns and I guess in the large ones as well.
Guess this is why my mother-in-law calls me doctor Phil.
