Awhile back, I was getting a message that I had low display settings. I
went to display and found the color setting was low, 8 bit. I changed it to
high, 32 bit. After sending my message re security center, I went back to
display and color settings and changed it to medium, 16 bit. I then went to
audible and tried downloading again and this time it went through without a
hitch. It may be coincidental as another book had downloaded without a
hitch and then I had the problems of stopping at various percentages. My
question is this. Could the color setting be the factor in downloading
problems? Again, I am using xp home and window-eyes 5.5.
