Hi Lisa, You can go to the start menu and under the run command, type:
msconfig
and then press enter. Hold down the control key and keep pressing the tab
key until you come to the startup tab. You will be presented with a list
view of all the programs that start when your computer starts up. Just
arrow down until you come to paltalk and uncheck it. Then tab to OK, your
computer will prompt you to restart so let it do that. When it boots up
again a dialogue will come up saying that the system utility has been
launched, just check the area where it says: don't launch the utility and
don't show this message again and then tab to OK.
I have had problems with Paaltalk, I compared it to a noxious virus or piece
of spyware, I had a very hard time removing it and even when I unchecked it
in the Msconfig, it checked itself again so good luck, judy
