I am working with a client who has gotten into quite an interesting
situation. During the recent Christmas holidays, she was trying to download
some stuff from an Australian site (I do not have the url), and she ended up
inadvertently downloading something called Soepro or Soeproe. She is
running Windows XP Home and went into the Control Panel and thought she had
removed the program. However, from time to time, she will still get some
items relating to this program popping up.

I have three questions. First, what is Soepro? Second, how can we remove
it completely from her computer? Finally, her Windows Update is now no
longer in her System Tray. How can we get it back in there?

Thanks for your advice.
