Hello David and other interested parties:

Here is a site I sometimes play around with;   www.snipurl.com  It is able
to take the URL you provided and reduce the sprint URL 311 to 23 characters.
A reduction of 93 percent. here is the URL;    http://snipurl.com/4ag3
The site seems to be screen reader friendly;

Website URLs are long and difficult to remember. Sprint URL allows you to
"snip" your long URLs into small, friendly and persistent links for sharing
and remembering. Free!
